Choose a friend and use the Ask to Adopt button, or send a message through the contact page. We’ll confirm availability and send a PayPal link.

How do I pay?

Payment is handled through a PayPal link after we confirm your order details.

Can I request a custom animal?

Yes! Send your idea through the Custom Orders page. We’ll let you know what is possible, its price, and timing before you commit.

How long will a custom order take?

Most custom friends take about 1–3 weeks. Holiday seasons and larger creations can take longer.

Are the plushies safe for little ones?

Some animals may contain safety eyes or other small parts. Unless an item says otherwise, they are not recommended for children under 3. Please supervise young children.

Do you ship?

Shipping details will be confirmed with each order. Local pickup may be available depending on location.
